請問健身運動後會入睡比較困難嗎? - 健身

板上各位大大晚安,今晚有健身運動,不知道是否是因為姿勢不正確的關係,晚上23:30就寢,現在還無法入睡,所以爬起來發文請教大家,有人也會在晚上重訓後因為肩頸僵硬(也不知道是不是因為上班的關係@@)跟大腿微酸,影響入睡嗎?
個人狀況
1.今天做胸chest press 5組(15/15/12/15/12)、大腿Leg press5組(10/10/10/10/10)、重訓完跑5k約30分鐘。
2.從11月中旬開始恢復規律運動,至少一週2次,每次主要做胸部、大腿,偶爾會有腹部運動,重訓完會跑至少4~6km(至少30分鐘以上)。
3.除了今天晚上,這個月幾次健身完也是發生同樣狀況,因為受不了了,所以發文請教。
