我使用的是Tanita的腳踩體脂計
之前的習慣都是早上一起床量測
昨天做了個測試
晚上十一點半量。體重72 體脂肪18
隔天早上六點四十量 體重71.5。體脂肪23
.....這是代表我該丟掉這台體脂計了嗎
請問體脂肪都是哪時候量比較有代表性呢?
