今天跟一個好朋友聊天...想說我去健身房跑步了一個月都沒有成果
他就跟我說....你不應該跑步啦....應該要快走比較有效唷....
而且要慢慢的增加....從4.多到6.多,慢慢慢慢的增加上去會比較有效...
想問一下大大....快走真的比較有效嗎???我固定這樣跑跑步機真的太慢了嗎
