我目前身高158,體重45
(這是減肥後的成果,好像體重偏低了)
我以身高體重與年齡計算基代大概是1200大卡
爬文了解到要維持體重,每天攝取的熱量差不多要等於基代
但是我兩天會運動一次(想增加基代)
騎腳踏車時速35左右騎40分鐘,顯示出消耗的卡路里是500卡
想請問如果有騎腳踏車
那想維持體重是要吃(1200+500)還是仍然只吃1200呢?
