請問我這樣是正常嗎? - 健身

最近的體重有點逼近三位數,所以發下宏願要在一年內瘦下20kg
於是買了一雙慢跑鞋,加入了路跑的行列
搭配NIKE+ Running以及體重紀錄的app使用
==============================廢話引言結束==================================
今天早上起床8點20分的時候量了一下體重 94.6kg
然後晚上9點去附近的體育場跑了15圈的PU跑道(都跑第八跑道)
NIKE的記錄如下:
距離約7.23km
時間約51:39
消耗卡路里約670大卡
平均每公里速度約7'08''
然後回到家的時候大約晚上10點20分左右又量了一次體重(約14小時後)
可是體重計上出現的數字卻是 92.3kg
與早上量的數字差了2.3kg
老實說我不敢確定是不是體重計的誤差太大
還是說真的有可能我跑個步消耗了那麼多水份掉
因為其實我今天三餐吃的量也正常,不會說特別少
不知道這樣的現象正不正常,想請教一下各位的意見,感謝
