因為某些因素
要少吃含糖的食物
連早餐也必須要控制 不能吃太甜
我非常愛吃甜食= =這對我很困難
不過為了身體健康 只好忍耐
可是早餐我都一定要喝杯什麼(例如某牌山藥紫米*2杯)
可是我看了成分有含葡萄糖 雖然比起很多飲料已經很不甜了
無糖豆漿我也愛喝 可是連豆漿也被列入少喝(規定)
所以想請問大家
早餐有沒有什麼可以喝的 盡量少糖 無糖更好
我有想過乾脆吃生菜沙拉
(不過個人很重視早餐的飽足感 希望是全麥吐司+飲品)
