因為一些原因所以不可能自己煮東西吃,
因此都只能吃外食,
又基於一些原因幾乎都只能吃便當類,
所以想請問,
一天午餐吃 排骨便當(魯的排骨)
晚餐吃 豬腳便當(飯都沒+鹹)
這樣下來是不是熱量早超過基代了呢?
(我是女的)
(對不起我不是不爬文是我真的不會算便當的熱量 囧)
如果我每天都只能吃便當的話,
再加上每天或者兩天一次超過40分鐘的運動,
這樣一個月下來會變瘦嗎?
(還是應該至少運動多少以上?才會有效果?)
(假設以這樣的情況下,到底有沒有變瘦的可能?)
