大家好,小弟我在 2/3 進行大重量深蹲,由於我 1/19 手指開刀住院,
所以中間有至少 16 天沒有進行深蹲訓練,當天課表是 3、3、2、2 下,
接著做降重暫停深蹲 8、8、8 下,再接著做後腳抬高蹲 8、8 下。
當天做完並沒有感到任何的不適,但是從隔天開始發現右腳抬起來很吃力,
大便蹲到底時右大腿和身體折角的位置會痛,還會很卡,
機車起步把腳抬上踏板也會痛與吃力,雖然這幾點在這禮拜好很多,
但是今天嘗試深蹲發現過三分之一蹲快要平行的時候同樣的位置會很痛,
如果是一般大便放鬆蹲下已經沒什麼大礙,頂多有些微的感覺而已,
但負重時維持屁股後推時,下蹲時這個位置就會痛。

請問有人同樣傷到這邊過嗎?大家通常休息多久才能練?
以下為閒話:
不曉得到底要休息多久才會好,已經從 2/3 到今天沒有練深蹲了,
真的好痛苦,好不容易要達到初步的目標兩倍體重五下,
卻因為工作傷害開刀造成訓練中斷甚至受傷……。
因為手指開刀已經不能練硬舉很長一段時間,所有拉的動作都不能練,
2/16 那天嘗試拉 120kg 居然一下都起不來,站起來還差點暈倒,
最後退到 110kg 才只能夠拉 4 下,原本 125kg 可以兩下的,
看到自己肌力的衰退真的很崩潰!
