請問用力的問題 - 健身

用臥推來舉例好了: 比方說50KG扎扎實實用胸大肌
做到了12下, 但是下一組做到10下已經快要上不去了
想咬著牙把他推上去 這時候發現
三頭出了比前幾下還要多的力量,胸大肌出的力少了很多
想用力推上去就發現胸大肌不聽話 然後三頭肌就代替出更多的力了~~
那請問我是該停下來休息以進行下一組了
還是繼續推到12下呢?
