請問用啞鈴練2AND3頭 - 健身

我手邊只有一顆12P的啞鈴
二頭我是看精華區
人坐著把三頭靠在大腿內側 然後沿著手臂上舉12~14下 3組
每組休息1~2分鐘
做完很酸很緊
請問如果只是做這個動作 二頭會不會練不完整?
還有沒有別的動作要做呢
三頭的話該怎麼用啞鈴練呢?
要等二頭休息完(48HR)再練三頭嗎?
二頭還是三頭哪個可以跟前臂(我是握啞鈴手腕上下動)一起練
還是手臂都要分開練?
可以只用這一顆啞鈴不加重先練個2~3個月嗎
這樣會有效果嗎?
我是想要手的型好看
因為我本身看起來很薄 188.5/74KG
力量的強度我沒那麼追求
還是過幾個禮拜就要把啞鈴加重量?
