請問用腰帶會進步嗎? - 健身

沒有用過腰帶
最近開始遇到瓶頸,不知道是累了的關係好像越練越差
很常練深蹲、六角槓硬舉、槓鈴臥推...等大肌群
深蹲大重量,腹部會有抽筋的感覺,做破百公斤會覺得心臟很悶
硬舉大重量的話我的背不夠力,比深蹲重量還輕,背比腿還酸
臥推我沒做過大重量,因為只有我自己練,腹部也會有抽筋的感覺
請問這種程度需要用腰帶補助嗎?
