請問綠豆薏仁湯(不加糖)可當主食嗎 - 減肥

如題 我沒有刻意在減肥 現在體重體脂都在標準值 主要是想維持
我平常飲食都很清淡(無法接受加很多調味料的外食或有糖飲料...)
晚餐是公司助理一起買(最常吃蠻清淡的素燥飯+鹹水雞攤子的菜什麼調味料都不要加)
會問這個問題主要是因為我自己住但昨天不小心算錯量
煮了超~大~一鍋的綠豆薏仁粥囧 沒有加糖 我是蠻喜歡喝的
可是真的太大一鍋 冰冰箱也無法冰那麼久 必須要趕快消耗他orz
所以想問說綠豆薏仁粥當主食是ok的嗎 還會再吃一些青菜蛋白質之類的
可是這樣熱量就不太知道怎麼算有點煩惱(不知道有沒有吃到基代還是根本已經爆了...)
