請問肌耐力 - 健身

我每次打籃球打了一個小時左右,明明就不會喘,
可是手腳都使不太上力,跑不太動,總會很想坐下來休息的感覺,
投籃到後面就會完全失準,怎麼瞄都進不了,
切入更不用說,完全沒辦法衝刺...
這應該是肌耐力不足的問題吧? 因為我心肺不會覺得喘,
可是這樣下去每次幾乎練不了多少球...
一下就不能打了,請各位提供簡易又實用的訓練方法吧...
我還是學生,沒辦法跑健身房...
家裡只有一個十八磅的啞鈴
我身高 170 體重 60
有沒有在家就能訓練的方法?
