我的骨架算細
而且肩膀寬度幾乎沒有 感覺就像上半身是一個長方形
請問有什麼方法改變嗎?
之前是有聽說多做伏地挺身 可是做了幾個月 感覺好像沒什麼改變
是因為強度不夠嗎?
或是說 多做胸肌的訓練也會有幫助嗎?
