請問臥推的秘訣 - 健身

小弟知道臥推乃增胸之大法
不過似乎不得要領 每次做完三組 感覺酸的地方都是三頭肌
爬文知道胸部要挺出去 不過還是沒啥感覺
也試過把重量減輕去抓感覺 ...不過感覺也都在手臂上
請問在臥推時
會讓胸部出最多力的時候 槓桿的位置大概在哪 手臂越彎曲還是伸直比較有出到力呢
或是有些小秘訣或是口訣呢....麻煩前輩們交導一下..
