請問跑步機跟身高有關嗎? - 健身

是這樣的
之前都一直在路上跑 不過一遇到下雨或下雪(我住東京)
就完全得打消念頭
之前冬天總是斷斷續續的跑
讓我不能持續讓我覺得很沮喪
於是我參加了健身房:)
(一面也是想做一些重訓或游泳)
舖梗舖了那麼久 我只是想問
我每次去 大概都跑 6 km/h的速度
跑大概十分鐘 快走 5.5 km/h 十分鐘
這樣反覆三次共一小時
但是我看爬文 或是隔壁的運動好友們
6 km/h 只是他們快走的速度耶 囧>
是因為我很矮(156cm)嘛?
還是因為體力還不夠呢?! 有需要往上加嗎?
我測過我跑步時 大概平均心跳是160~180左右
我主要是想練練肌肉跟體力 不要看起來很病懨懨的
能掉一些體脂肪更好:) 有需要跑更快嗎? 謝謝!!
