小弟想要消減鮪魚肚
目前跑步約兩個月
平常有兩種運動的方式:
A.
用全速(100m衝刺)的 8成跑完 3000m
跑完後肺喘口渴,上氣不接下氣
吃太飽會很想吐
這樣一趟大約 14~15min
B.
慢慢跑個 5000m(沒到走路那麼慢,不太會描述)
跑完後當然也累,但明顯不到 A方式那麼疲憊
這樣子一趟約 30min
詢問有健身習慣的朋友後
朋友表示 B方式才有消除脂肪,A方式沒有
好像是因為運動要超過 30min才會消除脂肪嗎?
而我的問題是:
A方式跑起來真的比 B方式疲勞酸痛很多
那為什麼是 B方式才會瘦呢?
代表 B方式消耗的卡路里比 A方式多嗎?
還是我朋友說錯了呢?
也想請問各位大大
對於我跑步方式有無可加強之處
我每天真的沒時間運動
頂多抽一小時吧(包括出門、運動、回家、洗澡)
也未必是跑步,有時會重訓(一週約 2次)
希望鮪魚肚能消的更快
