目前維持每週一至五跑步60分鐘
週六、週日做一片鄭多燕
但之後生活形態改變的關係
很難繼續維持每週一至五跑步60分鐘
有點想把跑步換成Zuzana的操(據說是HIIT型態?)

感覺好省時阿!!
可是不知道減脂效率跟跑步比起來如何?
如果差很多 只好繼續跑步
可是要可以跑滿一個小時的話
可能要五點起床(冬天賴床的機率好高阿><)
或是五點十五分起床 改成跑45~50分鐘
想請教大家可否幫我分析、建議一下!
