瑜珈與青蛙肢 - 健身

本身有青蛙肢(蹲下腳跟無法貼地)
我本來以為就差在不能蹲下而已
我查了一下 好像跟臀部肌肉有關係
想問 這樣是不是會限制住做一些動作
每次我都會想 這動作是我筋太硬 還是因為青蛙肢的關係
我知道下犬式是絕對無法的ˊˋ
另外青蛙肢還會影響到做其他運動嗎??
我真想好好的蹲著!
