雞腿 vs 雞排 - 健身

一般來說雞胸肉的熱量會比雞腿肉還要低 (因為雞胸肉油脂含量較少)
但小弟好奇的是 如果是雞排(也就是炸過的雞胸肉) vs 雞腿肉(假設沒有油炸)呢?
若比較兩者去掉骨頭後的熱量和營養呢?
想請問一下
1.兩者每100g的熱量為多少
(我是有查到雞排有人說每100g 210大卡左右)
2.同樣重量下兩者誰比較營養? 營養素比較豐富?
3.同樣熱量下兩者誰比較營養? (相當於問說誰的營養密度較高)
小弟是覺得雞排比較好吃啦XD 如果說雞排營養密度比雞腿高的話
那我以後就把雞腿便當改成雞排便當好了...
