我有個朋友上班時間不固定(輪班) 又無法運動(坐骨神經痛)
她想請教大家 如果早餐正常吃
中餐吃便當 全吃完 不管有什麼 因為是公司叫的 而且中午都特別餓
晚餐也是吃便當 還是公司叫的 但是跟同事分一半 然後吃一份水果
而且在6點以前吃完 然後早晚用快走上班 大約20分
晚上12點前躺平 這樣有可能瘦嗎
因為不知怎麼算基代 公司附的兩餐不吃自己準備也很虧
還是補充一些維他命之類的會好點??
請大家幫忙囉 謝謝~
