請問這樣進步速度是否合理? - 健身

大家好, 小弟至健身房運動約10個月.
身高167體重67,體脂約19.5上下.
之前跑5x5課表時, 因為槓鈴握推一直卡在55kg無法突破
(完成第4下後,第五下就起不來).
後來改使用眉毛弟的胸推課表.目前進入第四週(共6週), 測試了一下
重量只能推60kg x 3下, 接著作55kg x 6下可以完成4組.
自已覺得進步很少, 不知道這樣是否等於在原地踏步?
因此想聽聽各位的建議. 謝謝大家!
