請問運動時後腰背部分痠痛開做什麼運動訓練? - 健身

如題,小弟我做伏地挺身時,做到後來不是手酸肚子酸,
而是後背於腰部的部分(是尾椎嗎?) 就會有一陣痠痛感襲來而停止運動,

最近參照這個影片做下腹部的訓練,
做十多下後也是每次抬腳時後背於腰部部分發生同樣的酸痛感而停止動作
我手邊沒什麼健身器材,就一個啞鈴,(x-bike應該沒法練背部吧= =)
請問有沒有什麼運動是不用靠器材或者是靠啞鈴,可以運動到這個部位呢?
如果有的話能不能麻煩提供影片讓小弟觀摩學習一下,
感激不盡!!
另外想問一下,我170公分,72公斤,體脂率約30,
大腿很粗,肚子有點凸,但我的肉不像一般人是軟的,而是有彈性的,
大家摸過都說好ㄉㄨㄞ ㄉㄨㄞ = =
這樣是怎樣的狀況阿? 是肌肉與肥肉的混合嗎?
這樣是不是很難瘦下來>"<
