兩個月的感想與問題 - 健身

從七月初開始決定要健身減肥,到現在剛好九月上旬。
這個版惠我良多,想跟大家分享一下經驗,順便請教目前遇到的問題。

性別:男
年齡:33
身高:182 cm
體重:80.5 kg
BMI:24.3
體脂率:19%(家用體脂計)
七月初因為打籃球腳扭傷,到醫院照X光時順便量了體重,
記得那時候是88.5,所以兩個月我大概瘦了七到八公斤
(當時還沒買體脂計,遺憾!)。
這一陣子我所做的,就是大量的有氧運動跟基礎訓練。
有氧運動以跑步或游泳為主。個人比較喜歡游泳(順便復健腳踝),
一個星期大概有三次,一次都能持續一小時上下(1.5-2K)。
跑步的話個人或許耐力較差,不像版上各位強者動不動就一小時起跳,
大概一星期一到兩次(3-4K,約25-30mins,同時嘗試作HIIT,但作的不好)。
另外,基礎訓練是每天都作的,
包括伏地挺身(12下*9組)、仰臥起作系列(30下*8組)、背肌彈力繩、握
力訓練等,共約30-40mins。
最後,這一陣子的飲食其實也都正常吃,但盡量不吃宵夜與油炸物
,並大量喝水。
事實上個人去年初有一次節食減肥的經驗(從92降到83),
但果然,一正常吃又全部回來了(急速回到90....)。
透過版上的文章,現在我也建立正確的觀念。
其實個人現在不是很在意體重,我覺得以我的身高,大概78左右就OK了。
但個人比較在意體脂。
我的問題是,我體重的下降幾乎是等比例的
(從84-80體脂變動不大,這樣是好的方向嗎?),
要怎樣才能讓體脂更明顯下降呢?
是透過運動較佳(如果是的話,目前的運動還有什麼可加強的?)還是飲食控制呢?
