最近想開始有氧運動 但是陰雨綿綿
手邊又沒有跳繩
看了一下有氧運動的定義
如果開合跳超過15mins以上的話 因該算是有氧運動吧
那效果跟跳繩比如何呢
室內有養孩有其他推薦的嗎
