重訓的好處 - 健身

之前去離家有一段距離的健身房總是恆心不夠給自己找理由
現在看了板上很多前輩經驗談後決心持之以恆一 三 五去做
有氧部分則是每天騎腳踏車50-60公里 大約三小時
每天四點半起床去騎公路車。
但是發現體重降得快也回升的快,意識到重訓這筆錢不能省
今天做完重訓回來反而覺得精神奕奕,雖然成果還沒顯現的很明顯
但我覺得運動完人精神都變好看著自己的腿型也越來越開心
大家一起加入重訓+有氧的行列吧@@

1998年七月七號 已經16連敗的羅德隊派出王牌黑木知宏先發投到第139球
的內角146km/h的直球被掃出場外後,黑木只能蹲在投手丘上久久不能自已
這天正是牛郎織女相會的日子,彷彿連老天都在為他哭泣。
