燕麥拿來當宵夜真不錯 不用太多就能吃的很飽

小妹(夾)都是買澳洲細燕麥 便宜又大包

摻點黑糖就很好吃了 可是..每天吃也會膩 我現在吃到有點怕了

可以跪求燕麥的料理分享嗎?

有沒有那種可以把燕麥做出炸雞口味的料理方式~~

我是男生,187/84 體脂沒有量過但是應該很高,因為我有大肚子跟胸部 從小時候開始就很胖了,曾經胖到100公斤左右 最近減重下來,肚子感覺有消失一些 但是胸部感覺還是一樣大,而且乳頭還是凸出來的 導致穿衣服有點難看會有兩點激突 有沒有什麼辦法可以把胸部隨著肚子一起瘦下來阿 - ...
