之前的飲食習慣改變
碰巧跟168的概念差不多
瘦了非常多
後來開始過著一週一天無鹽的生活
覺得精神都好了
然後最近旁邊的店家鴨血有折扣
還有豆腐
然後我突然發現鴨血不知道該算什麼類型的食物
沒有米血 就是麻辣鴨血這樣
除了富含鐵之外
我對他一無所知
就是愛吃而已
不知道有沒有大大能解答一下
另外請問一下
最近喝烈酒配的小菜讓小弟我肥了起來
一樣一天一餐 晚上那部分就變成酒跟小菜
酒的熱量很多沒錯,只能從小菜下手
一次大概喝一兩組(蘭姆200ml+100g花生)
那個臉圓的好快…
除了戒酒之外有其他方法稍微不要肥太快嗎
好不容易有腰身沒啤酒肚了說qq
