晚餐: 7-11的通心粉沙拉 + 小瓶優酪乳*1

日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
12點左右睡, 7點左右起床
工作是成天面對電腦的工程師..9am-8pm 囧"
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
上班族
運動習慣:
每天踩x-bike 35-45min, 重量4 速度維持90rpm
每周在家做重訓兩次 每次30min
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
基代用算的大概是1450 體脂計測的是1550
這樣的運動情況大概已經維持了一個月 但是體重跟體脂一直原地踏步
想請板上的朋友幫忙看一下是哪個環節出了問題
