進入大學後,到處玩到處吃
等到畢業後發現自己胖了20公斤(泣)
四肢變得超級壯碩,屁股變很大
體脂肪率35.4%(這是真的......)
因為擔心會有溜溜球效應
所以每天三餐都照吃,大約控制在1300~2000卡
--------------------------------------------------------------
早上9點:青菜+稀飯+水果
中午12點半~1點:吃飯+燙青菜+一兩小塊的五花肉
(或是用三根水煮玉米代替)
晚餐6~7點:吃牛奶麥片或是水果(芭樂、西瓜)
每天都會排便
--------------------------------------------------------------
目前一星期的運動量
1.到公園快走1-1.5小時(時速9公里)*三天
2.騎室內腳踏車1-1.5小時*兩天
3.每天搖呼拉圈10分鐘
4.每天撐牆壁伏地挺身20下
5.偶爾做甩蝴蝶袖運動2分鐘
請問各位,這樣的減肥計畫哪裡需要改進呢?
我的目標是把肥嘟嘟的四肢甩掉
