個人資料:25歲/女/167公分/63公斤
BMI :22.6
基代:1388
兩年前體重在48-50遊走
因為過太爽一年胖了約12公斤,第二年又胖了五公斤
我知道體重還在標準範圍內,但我是那種肥肥軟軟的肉而非肌肉
我媽52歲身高體重跟我差不多,但她有在運動,看起來硬是比我小一號!
前陣子發現以前的垮褲現在穿起來還太小,一整個刺激非常大!!
痛定思痛後想要努力減肥,請大家幫我看看哪邊要改進
前提:還是學生,三餐盡量自己煮或是買容易計算熱量的便利商店食物
我還滿怕摸到生肉的,沒辦法自己煮漁或肉
所以肉類用烤雞塊代替,烤好會把外皮撥掉才吃
早餐 無糖高纖豆漿 + 2個餐包
山藥薏仁 + 2個餐包
有機燕麥奶 + 2個餐包
無糖高纖豆漿 + 小七御飯糰
以上四種組合替換,熱量約 350 卡
午餐 (飯一碗/小號馬鈴薯3個) 挑一種
(綠色花椰菜/大陸妹/a菜/金針菇/小黃瓜/蘿蔓心) 挑兩種各一碗
(海鮮沖泡湯包+蛋/玉米濃湯+蛋) 挑一種
或是一個六吋SUBWAY醬料都加
以上是一餐的量,熱量約 500 卡
晚餐 烤雞塊一份
(棗子2/柑橘2/柳丁2/番茄1碗/鳳梨1碗/芭樂1/香蕉1/水煮玉米1) 挑兩三種各一份
以上是一餐份量,約 450 卡
零食 (五榖燕麥棒/起司餅乾/燕麥奶/堅果類)
一份約一百五十卡,肚子餓才會吃,一天最多一份
一個禮拜有六天會吃以上菜單,剩下一天會出去吃換換口味
外食會注意熱量,避開油炸、勾欠的食物
目前已經慢跑了一陣子,從一千公尺跑不完慢慢增加,希望之後加到一天慢跑6公里
沒下雨的話每天會慢跑30-35分鐘跑4.5公里,跑完會再慢慢走個10分鐘拉拉筋
回家洗完澡會抬腿按摩個15分鐘
下雨天就當作休息,這樣一個禮拜差不多會跑六天
(除了慢跑之外,因為要準備考試的關係所以幾乎都窩在家沒什麼動)
以上請大家幫我看看
有沒有哪邊有要改進的地方
