我個人是覺得
當然身材會變的比較好一點
→變的有點自信
像我是排骨精(現在也沒多強啦,不過有練有差)
→身體變的有點肉後,感覺比較不會怕冷
(以前冬天都很怕冷,現在當然也會,只是相對起來啦 哈)
肌肉變多
→力氣變大,打球會比較得心應手ㄧ點
喜歡重訓的感覺
→過程感覺很爽快,用力流汗後很暢快
大家覺得還有什麼我不知道的好處呢?
