三餐內容
早餐:全脂羊奶+中式早餐(飯糰、蛋餅、煎餃....etc)
午餐:自助式(一主菜+三菜+飯)or麵食
ex:豬排+番茄豆腐蛋+白菜滷+梅干扣肉+飯 or 味增拉麵
晚餐:麵包+無糖高纖豆漿
其他:偶爾雞湯
日常作息時間:早上5:40起床 7:30~19:30為工作時間(休息兩小)
21:00運動40分鐘 晚上12:00睡
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:慢跑40分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右,一個禮拜跑4-5次
我的問題:三餐飲食是否均衡?運動量是否足夠?
目前想控制飲食+運動來達到理想體重
請板友大大給我一些運動與飲食上的建議!!
