嗯~
花了兩天時間爬完了精華區
筆記還沒抄完 ψ(.╴. )>(努力消化中)
我全身的肉非常之軟,
唯一摸得到肌肉的就只有手臂和小腿…
因為工作關係,長時間日夜顛倒。
以致我的體力也非常差。
平時出門就有機車代步,
久了之後就成習慣…囧
現在開始除了飲食之外,
一週跳五天有氧,
一次一小時,
另外加每天快走一個小時。
(因為上兩段有說到我體力很差
跑不到三分鐘我就喘了…
嚴重時會有氣管非常乾且灼熱的感覺)
另出門也多改為走路或腳踏車。
請問各位版大,
我還能加強什麼?
因為現階段體力還在訓練中
(第一次跳有氧我腿連痛好幾天,走路都像``一公升的眼淚``主角 〒△〒 )
精華區有的對我來說都有點難度。
所以想來請教一下^^

我會自D的,
