請教:橢圓機到底是重訓還是有氧? - 健身

我本來是跑步肉腳
已經連跑一個多星期了
今天要在家顧小孩就踩家裡的橢圓機(高島的)
它可以調1-6段阻力
以前我都踩最低阻力1(再高一點就踩不動)
今天居然可以踩到阻力3連踩30分鐘(代表我腳力變強了^^耶~~)
心跳都達120~140中間
不過邊踩我就邊想:
"如果它的阻力可以到6這麼大
那它算不算是腳的重量訓練了呢??
那我以後就把它調到阻力6來練重訓可以嗎??"
PS.為何這樣問是因為我已經有兩個啞鈴練上半身
可是卻不知道下半身要如何重訓才好
今天這樣子踩一踩感覺很有成就感
大腿好像有肌肉感覺啦~~
