最近開始慢跑
約跑2週了 (1週約3-4次)
遇到一些問題
想請教板上高手
(1)我是跑200公尺的操場
20圈 約40分鐘
這樣的速度ok嗎?
我是呼吸是吸兩下 吐兩下
步伐小小的向前邁進
這樣的頻率 我覺得剛好
不會像快跑那樣喘不過氣來
可我另一個有長期慢跑的朋友 他30圈40分鐘
我當下有點冏
原來我跑那麼慢阿.......
(2)我本來是那種不太會感覺到餓的人
以前有點餓的時候
只要喝杯水就可以撐1-2個小時不吃東西
可是最近開始慢跑後
我發現我很容易覺得餓耶
尤其是剛睡醒
都有迫不及待趕快要吃東西的慾望
已經沒辦法像以前一樣喝杯水就止餓
請問這樣是正常的嗎?
(3)我買了一件運動褲
裡面有白色的網狀物
賣場小姐說 可以不用穿內褲 直接穿那件運動褲跑
可是我是女生耶
有女生沒穿內褲 只穿那種運動褲慢跑的嗎?
(4)請問慢跑多久之後可以增加速度或長度?
要先增加速度? (例如20圈從40分鐘變成35分鐘)
還是要先增加長度? (例如20圈變成25圈)
