三餐內容:這是這2個禮拜的內容
早餐:無糖豆漿或者無糖燕麥豆漿+饅頭(黑糖、雜糧、芋頭輪替),9點前吃完
但是有時候豆漿可拖到9點半左右才喝完
早點:鳳梨2公分厚度1片or玫瑰桃1顆or芭樂半顆or香蕉1根
(有時候沒空或者不餓我就沒吃)
午餐:員工餐廳自助餐,就一般3副菜1主菜的便當盒,飯大概2/3格,副菜3格都會挑青菜
主菜挑魚或者雞肉(青菜萬一味道不好我就不想吃,但是至少2格青菜會吃光)
午點: 跟早點差不多
晚餐:跟午餐差不多,但是飯大概是一格
消夜:幾乎不吃,餓的話會吃半顆芭樂
日常作息時間:大概12點左右睡(最晚不超過1點),7點半起床

運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、持續時間長短、及相關運動史)
跑步,斷斷續續地跑了快3年,中間大概因為大考之類的,有停過2次,大概停了3-4個月
有在跑時,一周至少跑3次,1次1小時
爬文看到要減脂大概一個月要累計200km以上,所以最近開始1周跑5天,1天1小時
緩和10分鐘(6km/hr走10分鐘,心跳140左右)
跑速約10km/hr,心跳165左右(心跳我很偷懶的用機器量....)
跑1小時10km+走10分鐘共11km
這2個禮拜開始每天認真做電腦人+負重深蹲(30~40下)
(深蹲大概做2個月有了,電腦人之前會斷斷續續的趁看電視作做最後那個動作至少30下)
我的問題:
我體脂之前一直很高,大概29~32之間,內臟脂肪印象中是13
大概3年前參加康是美減重,有問過工作人員,跟胸部大小是不是有關係
他跟我說他朋友也是E罩杯,但是體脂在26左右
後來我開始跑步,體脂也才終於降到26(胸部未縮水)
雖然穿起衣服感覺上還算過得去,但是我的肚子其實非常大
我在想應該是因為跟我飲食沒有控制有關係
(之前我3餐都有吃,但是非常隨意,早餐可能吃義大利麵,蛋餅之類的,
中餐晚餐不知道吃什麼就會吃麥當勞當一餐...)
14號量過體脂後,希望把體脂降到20左右
所以這2個星期開始依照上面的菜單吃
然後我剛看到前面那篇增加內臟脂肪不加體脂的文章
看到板娘的推文,稍微抖了一下
我是不是吃太多了= =
我感覺吃得比前面板友正常該吃的量還要多很多....
請大家給我一點建議
