請教慢跑前輩們 - 健身

最近小的很認真在爬文,也閱讀過置底的文章了。
不過還是有幾個小疑問想請教各位慢跑的前輩(鞠躬)。
操場一圈300公尺,第五跑道。
這幾天都在操場跑步,只有一天下雨,跟朋友去了健身房
因為知道過重的人跑步很容易傷到膝蓋,所以暖身操做完後
再操場走了2.6K(約花60分鐘左右),讓身體暖一點,之後才開始跑
跑了2.6K(約花了40分鐘左右)之後收操,又走了2.6K(時間就沒算了)
在操場是不是我跑不夠多,或者是跑太慢,感覺都沒有什麼流汗
反而在健身房那天跑35分鐘(3.6K)(速率5.5),腿比較有痠痛的感覺。
請問,操場跑完只有身體熱熱的,汗也流少少的,腿也不酸
這樣會達到燃脂的效果嗎?
請問,我這樣的速度,跑到30分鐘以上,距離少,強度是不是太弱?
請問,怎樣才能算快走,因為我快走都沒流汗,2.6K大概要多久走完?
