小弟現在體重85kg 打排球需要跳躍運動
常常是落地那衝擊力無法負荷 腿也有在重量訓練
自由槓大概120kg(含槓),不過核心有點不夠穩 就沒往上衝重量
其他訓練方式的重量會比較優一點
但打完球右腿膝蓋有點不舒服,想要針對落地來做訓練 不希望再受傷。
有聽過教練說過,一種類似離心訓練。
從高處負重跳下來,用大腿來吃重量
請問有沒有類似的訓練方法 感謝看完^^
