請教有關仰臥起坐 - 健身

小弟新手 請多指教
最近按照精華區裡的方式每天做仰臥起坐
大概持續了一個月
腹肌也稍有成果
但是有個問題一直蠻困擾
我是每天做4組 每組30下
動作是在巧拼上屈腿
手放耳後 拉高大概20公分 30度左右
但是做到20幾下的時候 不只腹部
下背部也會酸 也有緊張感
請問這樣正常嗎?
有點擔心會傷到背 請各位指點 謝謝
