請教重訓護具 - 健身

小弟我身高體重173/73
目前可以做(12下x3)x3的訓練重量是:
槓鈴胸推50kg/啞鈴胸推20kg
槓鈴上拉40kg
深蹲60kg
如果降到(8下x3)x3,可以再加5-10kg
目前的護具只有迪卡儂護腕,做胸推用的。
然後練下來最明顯的運動傷害是小臂,兩手都有輕微網球肘的狀況,常跑復健科、中醫針

目前看上的護具是
護腕:SBD經典靈活60cm
護肘:SBD經典(我手弱,直接都看SBD)
護膝:未定
護腰:未定
拉助力帶:未定,偏好harbinger
想請問版上訓練有成的前輩們:
版上的巨巨深蹲蹲到兩倍體重穿SBD,我連一倍都不到,護腰、護膝的選擇有無必要一次
攻頂SBD?或是更推薦稍微軟一些但更兼顧靈活的其他品項?
專業的前輩練胸推也會用護腰,我經驗淺的很
希望能獲得一些經驗傳承!感恩!
