請教關於跑步的呼吸方式 - 美體

因為從小就有鼻塞的問題,運動時呼吸的方式總令人困擾
例如我在慢跑的時候(真的跑很慢,在X-bike的男版跑步機只用6.7的速度)
用鼻子呼吸常會喘到不行,只好用嘴巴呼吸,深呼吸一口吐2-3口氣
問題是這樣跑30分鐘,差不多15-20分鐘時喉嚨就會很乾,在跑完30分鐘前
會反覆出現吞口水等呼吸中斷一兩秒的情形,想請教這樣的呼吸方式有達到
有氧運動的效果嗎?而且聽人說所有有氧運動包括跑步,過程中不能太喘,
太喘就變成無氧運動,問題是我跑完20分鐘後就越來越喘,這樣代表後續的運動
沒有效果嗎?
