請教飲食和運動是否正確 - 健身

三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐: 大多是吃魚排蛋土司( 內有生菜、素魚排、土司,不塗沙拉)
玉米蛋餅一份
蘿蔔糕一份(兩片蘿蔔糕)
以上三擇一(隨每日心情變換),飲料無糖豆漿250ml或是奶茶 500ml
午餐:素食自助餐 (主要是便宜)
飯量約一平碗,約三樣菜(種類大概是豆芽、高麗菜、豆干、豆包)
飯後通常有甜湯(綠豆湯或檸檬愛玉),約喝半碗
午點:city coffie 大熱拿鐵 和 蘋果一顆
偶而會有同事請的切片蛋糕 但是不會很常有
晚餐:壽司約6個(一般的海苔壽司通常不吃豆皮壽司,因為我不愛)+味噌湯
或
一個悟饕便當(養生便當)
或
越南牛肉河粉一碗
其他:偶而會喝點小酒(大概一個月喝個一兩次吧),基本上已經戒除掉含糖飲料
除了早餐的奶茶(大約一週一次)
日常作息時間: 早上固定7:15醒來,睡眠時間約在12點左右
生活型態:上班族兼考生
運動習慣:
每週2-3天慢跑 心跳可到達130-160左右,40分鐘,持續一個半月
每週鄭多燕啞鈴操一次,墊上運動一次,持續一個半月
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
1.因為我是外宿的上班族,自製早餐、開伙不太方便只能外食,就方便買到的管道
,能否給我一些建議呢?熱量我真的不怎麼會拿捏,要請教一下板娘~感謝
另外,其實我並不是很喜歡吃水果,正在努力克服水果中。
2.由於我是上班族+考生,能夠支配在運動上的時間也很有限(但是快要解脫拉~)
目前降已經一個多月了,體重就在63-65上上下下,但是唯一有點改變的是
覺得線條有緊實一些些,不過如果體重都沒什麼變化,還是會有點灰心捏!
請問運動上是不是還要加強什麼呢?
