Table of Contents
從開始規律踩腳踏車到現在已經差不多三個禮拜
目前的強度都是設定在阻力2
最後10-15分鐘阻力3
總共踩60分鐘
速率20-25KM之間
結束會拉筋
每週平均至少踩4-5天
不過現在運動起來
已經不會有很累的感覺
也不會有一開始隔天有點小酸痛的情形
我應該要加長時間或阻力嗎?
但是我怕我再加阻力會讓肌肉變的太壯 囧
我身高163CM 目前體重應該是49KG左右
希望能瘦到45-46KG
請版友們給我一點意見!
