目前健身約半年,原先體脂就只有10%左右,
體重一直以來都在60公斤徘徊,不過身材有比起以前好多了。
關於該攝取多少熱量也爬過許多文章,不過一直想不通一件事
有人說餓了再吃就好
有人說一天多餐
有人說不管何時吃、吃甚麼(碳水蛋白脂肪比例正確),超過TDEE就好
可是要是我不太容易餓
舉例來說早上九點吃早餐,為了衝高熱量,到午餐前再吃一份東西
可是這樣午餐就不餓了,拖到了下午才吃午餐,然後晚餐又更晚了
而且我食量也不高,衝高熱量一直是個困擾....
爬文過後目前是固定兩三周就去買個幾箱威德果凍回來放
挺方便是真的啦,可是我覺得有點貴啦...
目前是正在考慮葡萄糖粉、麥芽糖糊精、糙米粉和燕麥粉
前兩者作為單雙醣來快速補充血糖用,後兩者作為其餘時間緩慢分解提供熱量
不知道這樣是否可行?
如果我更單純的就只依靠前兩者來補充不足熱量(不僅限於訓練前後)
是否會導致增加多餘的體脂呢?
大致是這樣,練了之後越來越覺得吃才是最重要的。
