第一次在板上PO文,說實在的心情還蠻緊張的
去年暑假藉由Fitness板上的知識成功減重10公斤
三餐正常,每天慢跑30分鐘以上之後逐漸增加運動強度
生活作息規律,11點前就寢,即便晚睡也會規定自己起床吃早餐
那一陣子體能狀況挺好的,精神跟氣色也頗佳,心情隨著運動逐漸轉好
當初想運動是因為想改變生活型態,瘦下來只是附屬品
但自從開學以後,受限於場地的關係無法天天慢跑
運動方式只能靠不停走路,能動盡量動來代替
問題來了,我已經好久沒吃到基代了,一天大約500~800吧
我很清楚長期這樣下來對身體很傷,但偏偏我在這裡真的很沒食慾
常常中餐買的粥可以當兩餐,早餐都是泡燕麥片搭五穀奶加上些許水果
只有週末回家才能三餐正常補充營養,身體狀況在前陣子亮起黃燈
體重持續降低,體力很差,很嗜睡!我很擔心在這樣下去真的會慢性自殺
想請教板上的各位我該怎麼吃才能補足我的基代呢?我很怕會繼續瘦下去
自助餐因為考慮到油量跟鈉含量過高不敢去吃,該如何健康外食呢?
因為身體已經開始抗議了,我不想拿健康開玩笑,但在這裡心情常常很悶
對於吃東西沒什麼動力,可以搭配營養品來補充基代嗎?(倍力素...)
我是女生162/45,不太敢量體重,怕數字繼續往下掉
懇求各位給我意見幫幫我,我想找回健康
