我同學最近給我看一個醫生的菜單
然後我同學說,醫生跟她講,只要中午過後完全不碰澱粉
中午前可以碰澱粉,三個月後就會成為吃不胖體質,
請問這是真的嗎?會不會三個月後開始晚餐正常吃飯又胖起來
然後高蛋白高纖維的食物可以盡量吃
這樣OK嗎?
