體重:72.2
BMI: 25
體脂率:39%

三餐內容
早餐:皮蛋瘦肉粥(不吃皮蛋)
午餐:地瓜粥+蒸蛋 (大部分是這樣~不然就是早上的粥吃一半中午在吃一半)
晚餐:湯冬粉或是黑糖豆花= =
其他:會喝奶茶(因為我只有喝奶茶才會"恩恩"我真的不願意啊)
其他飲料部分我幾乎只喝水或無糖去冰綠茶 個人喜好:)
日常作息時間:9點起床 大多都12點就睡覺 晚一點1.2點這樣
生活型態:辦公室的上班族:)
減肥方式:少量多餐/每天走健走機15-30分鐘
問題陳述:因為我的飲食比較困難是因為我現在戴牙套了:(
所以我完全無法吃固態食物 只能一直吃流質的食品
不是粥就是湯泡飯~最多可以吃到燴飯但很痛苦
然後也沒辦法碰蔬菜:( 咬不動 我目前是連湯裡面的蔥都無法吃!!
然後我能常吃的就是地瓜~~~這樣我的減肥會一直碰到大量的澱粉耶!!!
這樣真的會瘦嗎~~~??
以往的觀念就是澱粉吃太多會胖 那少量多餐都是澱粉呢?
而且因為只能吃軟軟~所以我還會吃布丁 豆花等等
但朋友都會說布丁豆花都有糖 叫我不准吃 喔賣尬
但我真的就只有這些能吃啊 不吃我會餓死耶><
所以大家可以給點建議嗎XD
我真的想趁戴牙套的時候好好瘦下來啊!!!
