小妹我現在身高160cm、體重44kg
前一陣子因為天天吃宵夜,吃完就睡覺所以曾經胖到50公斤
不過之後戒了宵夜以及控制平常食量的攝取
慢慢瘦回到現在的體重
不過大腿部分的肉似乎沒隨著我的體重減少而消失
反而兩段肉還緊緊掛在我的大腿上= =
應該有好幾斤重吧~~呵呵
站著腳動一下,大腿肉晃得連我自己都覺得好可怕!!!!!!!!!!!
如果要利用減肥的話解決這兩陀肉的話,我的BMI可能會不像樣
所以用其他方式來讓大腿可以結實一點
爬文有看到運動的方式
但是因為我平常實在沒有運動的習慣
想問版文對於大腿比較有效(就是比較會利用到大腿)的運動有哪些??
例如跑步的話是快跑、慢跑、還是健走呢???
