運動一陣子,身體習慣了嗎? - 美體

其實我從二月底就開始有在跑步機上快走
通常都是速度5.7km/hr~6.0之間
一個禮拜三次,每次30分鐘
過了一個多月體重只減輕1kg
於是四月中我開始想發狠
搭配早餐水果,中、晚餐澱粉與蛋白質分開方式
運動一樣是快走
一個禮拜一樣三至四次
但一次持續到50分鐘
第一個禮拜這麼做效果不錯瘦了1.4kg左右
但現在運動第七、八次後
我發現我已經不像一開始一樣
會感到很累或是很喘
雖然一樣有流很多汗
但感覺就不是那麼徹底
請問是否是我的身體已經習慣這樣的強度了?
我該增加運動量或是運動強度了嗎?
好不容易下定決心的減肥,希望不要落空呀!!!
